Please note that postal charges are estimated on the site. Please allow 3-4 working days for delivery. If the postman attempts delivery, you will need to contact the local sorting office to rearrange delivery. If a parcel is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge you again for postage.

Cancellations: When becoming a client of The Next Xtension, you agree to abide by our cancellation policy.

In order to provide you and other clients with excellent customer service and access to appointments during peak times, there is a  firm 24-hour cancellation policy.

Some treatments (bridal bookings 4 or more people, pamper parties, princess parties, tanning parties) require a 50% deposit which is fully refunded if for any reason you need to cancel as long as you give 48hrs notice by phone or email otherwise this deposit is deducted from your booked appointment after the treatments have been given. Groups of 4 or more people require 48 hours cancellation notice.

Notice of cancellation or rescheduling less than 24 hours (1 business day) incurs a
100 % cancellation fee for all treatments for new clients

Making A Purchase: Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse through the online store, add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. Payment is due with order. You will be transferred to Paypal to complete your order.

If you are sending a personal cheque please write your bank card details on the reverse, business cheques, please write address & telephone number on reverse. Cheques have to be cleared before despatch of your order.

Backordered items are charged for & shipped post free when they come into stock. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling All orders will be sent by Royal Mail First Class Recorded  unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges include both postage & packaging costs. A courier service is available, please email me if you wish to request this.

**Please note that all deliveries need to be signed for & if returned to us, you will be required to pay return postage** Delivery is available to UK mainland Only.

Delivery Schedule: We will normally send your order to you the same or next working day after you place your order & you should receive it within 3 - 5 business.

 All items are sent by First Class Recorded Delivery or in some cases Special Delivery. A courier is used for all flammable items & items over 2 kg

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. The purchaser will pay for the item at the time of order, we will then send out your order minus the backordered stock. Once the backordered item(s) are in stock we will send them out to you postage free. Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free. Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, you will be sent to Paypal to check out, No credit ard details are held by anyone at The Next Xtension.

All use of products supplied is entirely at the purchasers own risk. The Next Xtension does not acept any liability whatsoever for any loss or damage, however caused, arising from the use of any product supplied.

Privacy Policy The Next Xtension does not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy Goods are not sold on a "sale or return" basis. Goods must be inspected on delivery & all claims for shortages or damages must be reported within 48 hours by email and a returns reference will be sent to you that must be noted on the item when returning.

 Claims outside the stated time limits will not be entertained. We reserve the right to apply postal & administrative costs incurred for goods returned for reasons other than they are defective.

A 20% restocking fee on returns will be deducted (on unopened, unused items in their original packaging & in resaleable condition only - approval required first. Postage & package charges will not be returned. If a return is authorised by ourselves, you will need to pay for all shipping charges back to us, please obtain a receipt from the carrier as the company cannot accept any responsibility for lost returned parcels - this is for your own protection.

Remittance Terms Title of the goods ordered does not pass to the purchaser until payment is received in full. By placing an order the purchaser agrees to the Terms & Conditions stated.
